Snorkelling
Snorkelling at Cocogiri Island Resort may be one of the best places to snorkel across the globe. Situated in the Vaavu Atoll, the area is known for its abundant marine life with an array of dolphins, turtles, mantra rays, eagle rays, live coral and whale sharks. It’s also home to Fotteyo Kandu, the largest unbroken barrier reef in the Maldives stretching over 50 kilometers, making it one of the best places for diving across the globe.
The house reef at Cocogiri is home to an abundance of these tropical fish, coral and sea life. Grab your camera and flippers as you are likely to spot our resident sea turtles, reef sharks and octopus.
